Important โ Digital Product Notice: Due to the digital nature of eSIM products, all sales are final once the eSIM QR code has been delivered, installed, or scanned. Refunds are not available for eSIMs that have been activated, except in cases of a verified technical defect confirmed by our support team.

If your eSIM does not work due to a verified technical fault on our side, we will first attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve it, we will provide a replacement eSIM or a full refund. Our support team may request information to diagnose the problem.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order email and a description of the issue. We typically respond within 24 hours and aim to resolve refund requests within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5โ10 business days.
